Dr. Carole G. Adams
Dr. Carole G. Adams serves as the second President of FACE following Rosalie J. Slater, founder. She is the lead author and editor of The Noah Plan Principle Approach curriculum. She is also the editor of Nation Makers: the Art of Self-Government, based upon the original Rudiments of America’s Christian History, a primer in America’s Christian history and government to restore the knowledge and purpose of America’s founding to today’s American Christian. Dr. Adams founded and served as Headmaster of Stonebridge School, a Principle Approach demonstration school located in Chesapeake, Virginia. Her life and ministry in Christian education personify her chosen scripture, “Faith working through love,” (Gal. 5:6) as she has encouraged parents, inspired young learners and mentored hundreds of aspiring Christian educators through teaching that imparts the love and liberty of Jesus Christ. Dr. Max Lyons
Dr. Max Lyons serves as Director of Teaching Services at FACE. He is a teacher, curriculum writer, and conference speaker, specializing in the areas of Bible, history, government, law, economics, and Biblical worldview. He has taught a Biblical worldview adult Sunday school class for two decades and served as teacher and administrator in three Christian schools since 1979. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Virginia Wesleyan College, a Masters in Christian School Administration from Regent University, and a Ph.D. in Christian Education from Whitefield Theological Seminary. Dr. Mike Myers
Dr. Mike Myers serves as Director of School Leadership. Mike was a public-school science teacher when he discovered the Principle Approach while attending Regent University in the mid-1980s—a life-altering encounter. Upon earning a Master of Arts degree in School Administration, Mike returned to Lancaster, PA to start Dayspring Christian Academy as a Principle Approach school. Mike has served as headmaster at Dayspring for 33 years. Over the years Mike has trained teachers, students, and parents in America’s Christian history, including the biblical principles government and education. Mike is the author of the book, It’s Time to Remember, America, which is based on his radio spot, Remember, America, which began airing in 1993 and still continues. In addition to his headmaster duties, Dr. Myers is an adjunct professor for Regent University and is the program director for the unfolding Principle Approach master’s degree program for teachers at Bryan College. Kathy Rader
Kathy Rader serves as Director of Advancement with F.A.C.E., supporting the Leading Schools initiative and donor development. Kathy retired in June 2022 from StoneBridge School, having served nine years as Head of School and ten years as Director of Advancement. Kathy holds a BA in Economics from Clemson University. Her career includes 30 years of leadership and development experience at area nonprofits in education, health, and community support. Amy Green
Amy Green serves as Director of Operations for The Foundation for American Christian Education. She has a B.S. in Business Administration from UNC-Greensboro and has worked for FACE for over 10 years. Amy and her husband Rick have two children and her daughter is a graduate of the FACE demonstration school, StoneBridge School.

Linda Andrus
Linda Andrus serves as Content Manager, Writer and, Editor at the Foundation for American Education (FACE). She is a Master Teacher and taught at Stonebridge School before a career in marketing and advertising. She has a love of reading, writing, research, and Principle Approach education. Chris Evans
Chris Evans serves as Program Coordinator for the Principled Study Groups. Chris has homeschooled her two children and also worked in promotion, publicity and history events at StoneBridge School. She has been politically active in public policy in conservative and social issues for 35 years. Chris has spent 25 years researching and studying Christian history specializing in the providential history of America and the Virginia Colony. She leads tours to the First Landing site and the historic district specializing in tours to Jamestown. Brandon Minter
Brandon Minter serves as the Program Administrator for the Leading Schools and Teaching Services programs. He has been involved in ministry for nearly two decades. Raised in Gloucester, VA, Brandon came to know the Lord at the age of 12 and accepted the call to vocational ministry at the age of 15. Brandon is married to his beautiful wife, Alyssa, and they raise two amazing daughters in a blended family. Brandon holds an AA in Interdisciplinary Studies (Information Systems, Theater, and Religion), a BS in Christian Ministries, a MA in Theological Studies, a Master of Religious Education, and is currently pursuing an MDIV from Liberty University. Having served as a pastor in 4 different churches, Brandon has had the opportunity to lead and teach diverse congregations and people of all ages to become disciple-makers for Christ. He has been the keynote speaker/evangelist at several camps and conferences, such as Refuel, Light the Night, Winter Retreats, and has served as a consultant to churches as well as pulpit supply.

Freddy Cannaday
Freddy Cannaday serves as the Warehouse Manager. Freddy is married to Lisa Cannaday and they have three adult children Jordan, Jonathan and Abby. Freddy is very active in his local church and community. He is grateful to have found a position here at FACE where he can be a part of the effort to educate and promote Christian and conservative values to all who seek them.

Danielle DeJesus serves as an Office Administrator for The Foundation for American Christian Education. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of New Orleans and enjoys meeting the needs of our customers with prompt and efficient service. Danielle attends Liberty Live Church. In her personal time, she enjoys history and learning.

Katrina Snyder
Katrina Snyder serves as Associate Director of Development, supporting donor communications, special events, and stewardship of gifts to FACE. She holds a B.A. in sociology and psychology from Grand Canyon University. Katrina grew up in a homeschooled family aligned with Principle Approach® education. She remarked, “Having gone through a similar education as our program at FACE, I was drawn to work for the Foundation with the hope of leading children and families to form their own Biblical perspective and prepare this generation to lead for Christ.” Katrina and her husband, Anthony, live in Klamath Falls, Oregon, with their French bulldog, Moose. They enjoy travel, scuba diving, and staying active outdoors.
