Jamestown Settlement History Tour
May 27, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm EDT
The Jamestown Settlement tour features a very nice large museum, Indian camp, recreated fort and replicas of the three ships. Additionally there are costumed interpreters throughout the fort and on the ships. You would need to plan for a full day. We will begin the tour by meeting at 10:00 a.m., in the parking lot of the Jamestown Settlement. The tour ends at 2 pm but participants are welcome to continue to enjoy the exhibits until closing at 5 pm.
The admission to Jamestown Settlement, paid at the site, are as follows:
$17.50 for adults, those 13 years old and older
$15.75 for seniors, those who are 62 years old and older
$ 8.25 for children 6-12 years old
Children under 6 years old are free of charge
There is a lovely gift shop and a café/diner on site to enjoy lunch.
The guided tour throughout the museum property, by Chris Evans, is free of charge. A love offering will be gratefully received. Also assisting with the tour is Dr. Lisa Morgan.
Chris Evans has homeschooled her two children and also worked in promotion, publicity and history events at StoneBridge School.
