FACE celebrated 60 years of ministry on October 18, 2024, by hosting an event at the Founders Inn in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Eighty sustainers attended the event, which honored the original founders of FACE, Verna M. Hall and Rosalie J. Slater, and recognized the many ministries and individuals that have partnered to teach the Christian history and Biblical form of government of the United States of America.
The Biblical Foundations of the Constitution, Verna’s final “red book, ” was presented. This volume was important to her because she felt it documented America’s history and the theology that created the US Constitution. Gary Porter, the project’s managing editor, announced the new publication.
Roberto Rinaldi, President of AECEP, shared the influence of FACE and Principle Approach education in Brazil and other international communities.
Dr. Carole Adams, President, awarded the Verna M. Hall Research Award to Dr. Gai Ferdon, Professor at Liberty University School of Government, for A Republic If You Can Keep It. FACE publishes this volume by Dr. Ferdon.
Dr. Adams commented, “We are grateful for this inspiring evening and God’s provision and grace, which have sustained 60 years of ministry. We continue to move the mission forward to ‘Teach the Children’ so that the coming generations will know the blessings of liberty in America.”
