The FACE Leading Schools Program (LSP) continues to expand as parents, pastors, and educators around the nation are awakening to the dire situation that exists in American education. Initiated in the 2019, the LSP has grown to include 12 schools from around the nation, with many more taking the initial steps to enter the program.
Leaders Summit: Recently, FACE hosted a one-day Principle Approach School Leaders Summit which began with a Biblical look at the qualities of the “resilient leader,” followed by a time of spiritual and relational encouragement. The afternoon was dedicated to strengthening the leaders’ understanding of their role in spearheading the LSP initiatives and directives as they establish and grow an exemplary Principle Approach school that will develop into a “go-to” teaching center in their local communities.
Marketing Boot Camp: Immediately following the School Leaders Summit was the second FACE Marketing Boot Camp. This two-day workshop was led by marketing experts well versed in promoting Principle Approach schools. Presenters included Keith and Linda Andrus of Ethicom who presented the principles of marketing and design; while Lisa Becker, Jillian Diffenderfer, and Karol Hasting of Dayspring Christian Academy in Mountville, PA put “boots on the ground” with their expertise and insights on various aspects of marketing the distinctives of Principle Approach schools. They addressed key marketing initiatives such as website design and management, social media, mission driven events, and the entire school admissions paradigm.Â
Participants received one-on-one support from these experts as they created various documents and marketing tools for developing their Principle Approach Leading Schools so that they will impact their local communities and beyond for such a time as this.
