The blessings of liberty in America cannot be perpetuated unless the principles of that liberty are re-identified and reaffirmed in each generation.
Verna M. Hall
History is the story of God’s hand moving through nations and individuals, fulfilling His purposes for His creation. We call this Providence, God’s care and superintendence over his creatures. Webster’s 1828 reminds us that “a belief in Divine Providence is a source of great consolation to good men.”
There is no greater example in human history of God’s Providence than America’s founding and establishment. America is called a “miracle” because it astonished the world by establishing a Christian civil government. Christian self-government and individual liberty became the foundation stones of the United States of America.

- America is the story of God’s divine purpose for mankind to live in liberty to worship and serve Him.
- Our Founders won this liberty through suffering and hardship, miracles and wonders. We must study to remember our heritage.
- Only a knowledge of the Biblical principles on which America is founded will keep them alive in our communities, churches, and civil affairs.
Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
II Corinthians 3:17
