Sixty years ago, many Christian leaders foresaw and forewarned of future times when Christianity and our American liberty would be threatened. Often, their concerns rang true to Christians but were unheeded because the threat was not perceived as imminent. Sometimes, the voices were strident or even hopeless, suggesting the doom of the Church Triumphant.
However, one Voice rose above the clamor to suggest the solution: saturate children in the love and knowledge of God through their daily education in a partnership between home, church, and school. This Voice was God’s, repeated endlessly in Scripture as the only means to sustain the earthly Kingdom from generation to generation. This Voice did not urge reforming politics or mathematics, morality, or evangelism, although it would put each one on the correct track. It required a hearty, effective, and targeted means of teaching the love and knowledge of God in every area of daily life. In other words, teach a Biblical Christian worldview and the principles to discern truth.
We call this Principle Approach® education the one sure pathway to secure the future of our children and, thus, our nation. Sadly, ninety percent of Christian children sit in increasingly secularized and Marxist government school classrooms; we at the Foundation labor to restore the Biblical Principle Approach to education to form the character of Christian self-government and scholarship. Once again, America’s Christian history and the method of thinking and living according to Biblical principles is alive and taught. This brings health to the church and the nation in restoring Christian character and self-government to future generations.
The blight of secular schooling is coming to an end for genuine Christian parents. This is why the Foundation for American Christian Education was founded and exists “for such a time as this.” A new generation will joyously proclaim His righteousness and all He has done.

Small Beginnings Big Vision

Headmaster Paul Dematatis, in Madison, Wisconsin, reports God’s blessings upon All Nations Academy (ANA). Paul and his team have prayerfully and purposefully started small and are building gradually to ensure a strong foundation for this budding Principle Approach school. This year, the school expanded grades and added faculty. ANA parents are delighted with the progress of their children enrolled in the school. Paul shared a recent parent testimonial: “I realize how profoundly thankful I am for ANA. [Our son] is being trained to LOVE school, and he is always studying on his own time. [He] is being sharpened academically, and the kid practically knows more of the Bible than I do! I’m so grateful my son is flourishing at ANA.”
Teachers Teaching Teachers
Brenda MacMenamin graduated from the FACE Foundations for Authentic Christian Teaching and Learning as a certified Principle Approach Master Teacher in 2021. Since then, she has partnered with FACE to present a weekly session on Renewing the Mind for Teaching and Learning, a ten-week study course to “restore Christian character and scholarship to American Christian education.” Her lively delivery in an online format and mastery of Biblical principles have attracted many new participants. Brenda is replicating the model of authentic Christian education by teaching teachers.
