FACE hosted the Annual CEI Summit on September 23-24 at StoneBridge School. FACE is one of 22 members of the Christian Education Initiative (CEI) and Max Lyons serves on the Executive Committee. CEI is a Bible-based, evangelical alliance of member organizations whose purpose is to advance the Kingdom of God by growing Christian education, thus helping to fulfill the Great Commission and the cultural mandate.
This year’s Summit theme was Healing the Nation, Church by Church: Restoring the Biblical Worldview. The CEI Summit is a leadership meeting by invitation only and in addition to all of the FACE Leadership Team, included leaders from The Nehemiah Institute, Exodus Mandate, The Black Robed Regiment, Institute on the Constitution, Arizona Christian College, Landmark Events, Illinois Family Institute, STAND, Institute for Principle Studies, Renewanation, Generations, and many more.
Eighty five attendees spent two days receiving updates from major leaders and ministries on the state of education in our nation with an emphasis on solutions. Comments from attendees included:
