Jurisdiction is defined as the lawful use of lawful authority. Our Constitution set forth the structure for limited government with most authority being retained by individuals, families, churches and voluntary associations. Civil government has not stayed in its lane; instead it threatens to manage, regulate and control literally every area and function of our lives.
